Figuring out the cost of therapy
shouldn't feel like a second job.
Here's everything you need to know about rates, insurance, and what you'll actually pay — laid out clearly, without the runaround. Because the last thing you need when you're already working up the courage to get help is a confusing billing maze.
The short version,
right up front.
Most clients using insurance pay their copay only — often $0–$40 per session. Private pay is $200. Here's the breakdown:

Chances are,
you're covered.
I'm in-network with most major commercial insurance plans for both in-person and telehealth sessions across Pennsylvania.
Not in-network with Medicare or Medicaid.
In-network with several EAP providers — contact me to verify yours.
Insurance networks change. Always verify your specific plan before booking.
Verify your benefits.

I'll verify on my end too — but insurance companies are legally bound by what they tell YOU as the policyholder. Having it from them directly means you have a paper trail if anything ever gets disputed.

Sometimes skipping
insurance is the right move.
Private pay isn't just for people without insurance — it's a genuine choice that gives you more control over your care.
- 🔒 Complete confidentiality — No diagnosis required, nothing reported to insurance
- ♾️ No session limits — Not capped by what your insurance approves
- 🪬 Full integrative freedom — Tarot, shadow work, and spiritual counseling without insurance restrictions
- ⚡ No pre-authorization — Start immediately, no waiting for approvals
- 🌿 Flexible scheduling — We move at the pace that serves your healing, not your plan's requirements
Out-of-Network Benefits
If I'm not in-network with your plan, you may still be eligible for partial reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits.
I provide detailed superbills you can submit directly to your insurer. Many clients get 40–80% reimbursed depending on their plan.
Before booking, ask your insurer:
- · Do I have out-of-network mental health coverage?
- · Is telehealth eligible for out-of-network reimbursement?
- · What percentage is reimbursed?
- · Is a superbill accepted as documentation?
- · Do I need pre-authorization?
See what therapy might
actually cost you.
If you're using out-of-network benefits, use this to estimate your real monthly investment.
This is an estimate only. Contact me to verify your specific benefits before booking.
