Shadow Work 101
An accessible introduction to shadow work for general audiences. What is the shadow? Where does it come from? And why facing it — rather than suppressing it — is the path to actually feeling better. Includes experiential reflection exercises participants can take home.
Tarot as a Therapeutic Tool
Designed for clinicians, counselors, coaches, and healing practitioners curious about integrating tarot into their work. Covers the clinical and theoretical framework, ethical considerations, and how to introduce it to clients. This is not a tarot class — it's a clinical training.
LGBTQIA+ Identity & the Tarot
An affirming identity exploration workshop using tarot as a framework for understanding self, story, and becoming. Participants explore archetypes as mirrors for their own identity journeys — no tarot experience required. Especially powerful for college campuses and LGBTQIA+ centers.
Witch & Heal
Where spiritual practice and mental wellness meet. This workshop explores how witchy and magical practices — ritual, moon work, intention setting, tarot — can be genuine tools for psychological health rather than escapism. For spiritually-minded audiences ready to bring their whole selves to their wellbeing.

I can travel within reasonable distance of the Lehigh Valley for in-person workshops. Virtual is available for organizations anywhere — I've found it works just as well for most formats.

I facilitate with trauma-informed principles baked in — not as an afterthought. Participation is always voluntary. No one is put on the spot. Safety is the container everything else happens inside of.
